August Chef at the Market with Chef Plemmons

Chef Chris Plemmons, Director of the Culinary Arts Program at Olympic College, will be holding two cooking demonstrations today at the market showing how to use local market ingredients for simple, delicious meals. He will be demonstrating a Hungarian Blueberry and Peach Salad with Goat Cheese.
Demos are at 5:00pm and 6:00pm in the Chef at the Market booth sponsored this season by our friends at Peninsula Community Health Services, Molina Healthcare and The Manette Clinic. Stick around after the demo for a taste of what he has created!
