Today is the launch of our 2019 Chef at the Market cooking demonstrations. We will be featuring a local chef every 3rd Thursday of the month from now through September.
Chef Chris Nau will be joining us today at market with two cooking demonstrations showcasing how to use local market ingredients for simple, delicious meals. Demos are at 5:00pm and 6:00pm in the “Chef at the Market” booth sponsored this season by our friends at Peninsula Community Health Services, The Manette Clinic & Molina Healthcare. Stick around after the demo for a taste of what he has created!
As always, we offer the Fresh Bucks matching program. For every $5 in EBT a SNAP customer takes out at market they will receive $2 extra in Fresh Bucks to purchase even more fresh fruits & veggies.
