  1. Hi at The B’town farmers market. I’m looking forward to opening Day!!

Did you know that your emails come to our inboxes with the default WordPress sender info which is “ ”?

If you want your emails to be effective, it is really important to take the time to change the sender info to “Bremerton Farmers Market”. This is critical for two reasons:

For one, many mail programs will direct your emails automatically to a junk folder; many of your subscribers will never see it.

For two, when I see an email from “ ”, may first inclination is to mark it as junk, or to just erase it.

I sent in comments last year encouraging you to change the default sender name on your emails, but it never got changed. I really, really encourage you to make this change. I’m attaching a link to a page that might help you.

    Hope this helps

    1. Hi Paula,

I went through the process and change this towards the end of last season. I am not sure why it is still happening. I will look into it again and see what I can do. Thank you for bringing it to our attention again.
