It’s going to be a great market! Not only is the new playground open at Evergreen Park (HOORAY!) but we also have Chef at the Market this week, with Chef Chris Plemmons from Olympic College! And did we mention – the first local sweet corn of the season will be there!?!

—Chef at the Market — Chef Chris Plemmons, Director of the Culinary Arts Program at Olympic College, will be holding two cooking demonstrations, showing how to use local market ingredients for simple, delicious meals. Classes at 5:00pm and 6:00pm in the ‘Chef at the Market‘ booth.
