Join us at the market this Thursday and stock up on cherries, chard, cheezburgers and chocolate torte! Not to mention the amazing artisan jewelry and crafts that await your viewing (and buying) pleasure!! Two community groups will be joining us this week: the Kitsap 9-1-1 Memorial Project (which will be breaking ground right here at Evergreen-Rotary Park this Fall) and the Puget Sound Bluebird Recovery Project.

Bon Bon Bakery – The special, not-to-miss cake this week will be Queen’s Cake–a flourless (and therefore gluten-free!) chocolate torte, enrobed in dark chocolate ganache. Delicious, elegant, and not too sweet. We should also have scones to add to our repertoire of good bon (gluten free/dairy free) and bad (yum!) bon.

Puget Sound Bluebird Recovery Project – joining us at the market for a few weeks, the Puget Sound Bluebird Recovery Project will be looking to raise funds for their efforts through donations and some native plant sales. Check out their information and learn more about these rare birds in our region!
Kitsap 9-1-1 Memorial Project – the Memorial Project will be having a ceremony to break ground in Evergreen-Rotary Park this upcoming Sept 11. Stop by their booth for more information.
WSU Master Gardeners – As always, bring your questions and your plant cuttings to our wonderful Master Gardeners! They will help answer your questions and guide you to more information!
Bremerton Farmers Market – The Market Seeds are just $2 / packet!! Also, this will be the LAST DAY for our NAMING CONTEST for our 2 pink flamingoes!!
